Meet the Team
Cheryl Belair President and Owner of The Insurance Source, Inc.	Cheryl was one of the original founders of The Insurance Source, Inc in 1982 and has helped the agency grow from it’s very first client, to a client base of over 3,000. Cheryl is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI), as well as a Licensed Property, Casualty, Life, Health and Disability Agent. Cheryl is a former Board Member and current member of the Keene Chamber of Commerce, a former board member and current member of the Keene Elm City Rotary Club, former Director for the Cheshire County YMCA and for the Savings Bank of Walpole,  and current director for Monadnock Family Services. She also continues to be involved in many fundraising events in the community. Cheryl feels that it is important to give back to the community that has helped contribute to the success of The Insurance Source, Inc. Cheryl was once named Cheshire County’s young business woman of the year. Cheryl’s primary focus at The Insurance Source, Inc is Sales and Human Resources.

Personal Lines Staff
Pam Lynch	Pam joined The Insurance Source, Inc. in 1996. Pam is the Personal Lines, Customer Service Supervisor, and handles much of the personal lines new business calls that the agency receives. Pam is a Keene native, currently residing in Spofford, NH. She is an active member and board member of the Kiwanis Club of Keene where she volunteers her time to benefit the community. Pam is a licensed Property & Casualty Agent. She will be more than happy to help you with any of your personal insurance needs.
Billi-Jo Robbins	Billi-Jo joined The Insurance Source, Inc. in 2003, with many years of insurance customer service experience. She previously worked for a local insurance company for 11 years, where her primary focus was customer service. Billi-Jo handles our current personal lines insurance customers, whose last name starts with the letters A through K. Billi-Jo can help you with all of your personal insurance needs, including binders, auto changes, home changes, or Canadian cards.
Sarah Farnsworth	Sarah joined The Insurance Source, Inc. in 2005 as our full-time receptionist and quickly advanced to her current position as a personal lines customer service representative. She graduated from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts with a Bachelor of Arts in English Communications. Sarah’s professionalism and pleasant demeanor make her a valuable asset to our staff. Sarah handles our personal lines customers, whose last names start with the letters L through Z. Sarah can help you with all of your personal insurance needs, including binders, auto changes, home changes or Canadian cards.

Commercial Lines Staff
Ana O’Donnell	Ana joined The Insurance Source, Inc. in 2003, having worked at one of the local insurance companies for 9 years as a commercial underwriting assistant. Ana is our commercial lines supervisor. She is a Keene State College graduate with a degree in Liberal Arts. Ana has her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designations as well as a certificate in general insurance. She is also the secretary of the National Association of Insurance Women (NAIW) Southern New Hampshire/Vermont. Ana is a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent.
Bonnie Mitchell	Bonnie joined The Insurance Source, Inc. in 2003 as a commercial lines producer. Bonnie has over 30 years in the insurance field and has her Commercial Property, Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) designation, as well as Associates in Risk Management designation. Bonnie is a licensed Property, Casualty and Life, Health and Disability agent. Bonnie also holds an Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from Suffolk, and a Masters of Liberal Arts from Harvard. She has served on the board of directors for the National Association for Women in Construction.
Reed Deverill	Reed joined The Insurance Source, Inc. in 2004, as a commercial lines customer service representative and has worked in both our personal and commercial lines departments. Reed graduated magna cum laude from Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and a minor in Business Studies. She is an active member and is the treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Keene. Reed is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent. Reed can help you with any of your commercial insurance needs, including binders, certificates, bonds, and evidence of coverage.
Susan Johnson	Susan joined The Insurance Source, Inc. in 2005 as our full time receptionist. Susan has worked in the insurance industry for many years. She has experience working on the agency side handling claims, personal lines quoting and managing the office. She has also worked at one of our local insurance companies for 22 years. Susan’s work ethic and pleasant personality make her a favorable asset to our agency.
